Kevin Hogan
President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Kevin Hogan joined Pierce Distribution in 1979 as a Sales Representative. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 1988 and quickly became Vice President of Sales one year later. By 1991, he was promoted to Vice President of the company and acquired part ownership of the company. In 1999, Kevin was promoted to President & CEO and became the sole owner of Pierce Distribution. He is a member of WERC and AEM.

Dino McNabb
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Dino McNabb became a team member of Pierce Distribution in 1989 when he acquired his position as Supervisor of the J.I. Case account. Since then, Dino has been promoted to General Manager in 1995, Vice President of Operations in 1999, Vice President of Pierce in 2002, and his current position of COO in 2008. Dino is a member of WERC.

Anthony Chiodini
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Anthony Chiodini joined Pierce Distribution in 1998 after serving as the Accounting Manager for Winnebago County for twelve years. He was promoted to CFO in 2002. Anthony served as the Risk Control Chairman for the Millennium Insurance Company, Ltd. in 2007 and as the Secretary of the Board of Directors in 2009. He is also a board member of the Rockford Pro-Am Golf Tournament.

Jason Smith
Director of IT/VP of Operations

Jason Smith joined Pierce Distribution in 2003 as the IT Manager. In 2005, he was promoted to the Director of IT, a position he currently holds. In addition to the IT responsibilities, he holds a dual role as VP of Operations, a position which he was promoted to in December of 2017.
