Meet Our Leadership Team
Kevin Hogan
President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Kevin Hogan has been a driving force at Pierce Distribution since 1979, starting as a Sales Representative before rising through the ranks. After serving as Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales, he became Vice President and part-owner in 1991. By 1999, Kevin was named President & CEO, becoming the sole owner of Pierce Distribution.
Kevin is a member of the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC) and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM).
Dino McNabb
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Dino McNabb joined Pierce Distribution in 1989 as a Supervisor for the J.I. Case account. He quickly advanced through key leadership roles, including General Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Pierce, before becoming Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2008.
Dino is a proud member of the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC).
Anthony Chiodini
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Anthony Chiodini has led Pierce Distribution’s financial strategy since 1998, bringing over a decade of financial management experience from his tenure as Accounting Manager for Winnebago County. He was promoted to CFO in 2002, where he has since overseen risk control and financial planning.
Anthony served as Risk Control Chairman for the Millennium Insurance Company, Ltd. in 2007 and was named Secretary of the Board of Directors in 2009. He also serves as a board member for the Rockford Pro-Am Golf Tournament.
Jason Smith
Director of IT & Vice President of Operations
Jason Smith joined Pierce Distribution in 2003 as IT Manager, where he led key technology advancements in logistics systems and operational efficiency. In 2005, he was promoted to Director of IT, and by 2017, he assumed a dual role as Vice President of Operations while continuing to oversee Pierce Distribution’s IT infrastructure.
